At Chateau Massage, we value your time and ours. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking your appointment.
1. Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance
Clients who cancel their appointment 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no charge.

2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.
3. No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. No-shows may also be subject to full charge and may be asked to prepay for future services.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if done 24 hours or more in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to the same conditions as late cancellations and may result in the appointment being forfeited without refund.
5. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason, please let us know immediately after your session. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will do our best to resolve your concerns professionally and fairly.
